Mankalor is a Mario Kart player/YouTuber known in the community for a tactic he calls "Item Smuggling". For this category, you would pick a bagging track (Cheese Land, Yoshi Circuit, etc) and you would have to bring a power item to 1st as fast as possible. It won't matter what item slot it's in, if you have that item in 1st, you did it.

Sounds fun and funny.

We'd call it "Smuggle%" if we did implement it. I don't think it would be very enjoyable, personally. Would it be on a single track, or multiple tracks in a row? Would you be allowed to use frantic items?

it would just be a speedrun but no item + luck

I think we could have a separate category for 150 and 200cc, and then sub categories for each bagging track. Thee tracks I think we should include if "Smuggle%" Was added, I think we'd do Cheese Land, Dry Dry Desert, and Yoshi Circuit. I think we could make it frantic items, to make it easier, and I think it should be on Hard CPU's. Thoughts?
