This is a pretty precise trick, so I wouldn't recommend spending too much time on it, very little harm in going for it though, so if you're in the right position, go for it if you want.
It's kind of similiar to slide skip, but more precision is required, how I'd recommend going about it is drawing 180 degrees of a circle, and smashing down on the completion of the 180, make sure mouse goes directly down, there can't be too much of an angle to the down input.
