You can use stuff like obs to record the runs or just stream them and make highlights of VODs. The recording is REQUIRED, just screenshots of the win screen won't be accepted. We also have a discord server where I can respond quicker if you need help https://discord.gg/U4zkKgd

On https://www.speedrun.com/Enter_the_Gungeon/full_game there is a button "Submit Run".
