i perform BiTE using save from Bo's house, beat King Bublin and warp to DM. yet when i talk to Goron Elder and exit and re-enter, the two guards are separated but there is still a wall blocking me from entering GM. idk what im doing wrong

Not sure what the context is here, but the invisible wall is because you did Early Master Sword. You can't clear the wall after you do that, but there is a work around. If you come back later with Spinner, you can pass through the invisible wall with it.

What Pheenoh said. To further elaborate (credit to the community on this), the invisible wall is because you haven't beaten Gor Coron in sumo wrestling. However, since we've done EMS, the sumo event is broken because the area is in the post-MS state (hence why Dangoro is present, as well as why the cutscene entering the area isn't present; the dialogue you advance before exiting/reentering the area is the CS dialogue broken up since it's not playing in a CS like it's supposed to).

After advancing the broken dialogue, reloading the area (which you can do via exit/reenter or voiding out) will move the gorons apart, but the wall is still present since the wall is tied to beating the sumo event (which can no longer be done). However, that wall is only coded to block you with items available to that point; the spinner, obtained far later, isn't stopped by it and can be used to bypass the wall and enter Mines.

Depending on the category you're doing will determine how you handle entering Mines; 100% does it right after Arbiter's Grounds (in fact, after obtaining the fishing rod upgrade explicitly), while All Dungeons (AD) does it later (IIRC after CitS but I may and probably am mistaken, since I don't follow AD as much as I do 100%). But both enter the dungeon via the Spinner.

As a final note, if you don't have the option of doing the sumo event AND you haven't obtained the Master Sword yet, that is quite interesting. While the file in this case wouldn't technically be softlocked, you're likely better off restarting that file. There are ways to glitch yourself forward in the game (either get the MS early as human or enter Lanayru Twilight early at the Twilight Barrier; the former requires a rupee slide assuming you didn't do EMS jump during Faron Twilight, the latter eventually locks out 100% due to forcing Barne's Bomb Bag to be rendered unobtainable), but neither is easy and both require a fair bit of tricky glitching to proceed.
