Um, they already do, and always have had all these categories. 
Maybe I just don't understand the question? Could you clarify? Because right now you can already submit an individual level time for each level in all 5 different categories.
the categories dont make any sense. Any% 30 tokens and 40 tokens are the same thing (and also pointless for an IL)
The leaderboard for ILs is a complete failure
Any% 30 Token and 40 token are the same for some levels, but not all of them (AH, AN, CY, AnG, and ATB are all different between these 2 categories). There is definitely some overlap between categories, but there's no way to exclude certain levels from different IL categories.

Yeah... I don't think cheeseandcereal is understanding the concept of an IL. There's a disconnect in understanding here.
I'll try to explain. Any% (30 Tokens) and Any% (40 Tokens) are pointless for an IL leaderboard because it makes no sense. Individual Level is not mean to take into account the route normally done for a FULL run. Individual Levels simply aim to complete a level as quickly as possible. So, the only categories that would make sense for an IL leaderboard are something like All Tokens.

@Cyberdemon531 What about Allies and Gullies? There is no known way to get all tokens in one visit. So it would either have to be segmented or not exist.
what are "visits"? It's an IL, you load it up and do the goal. It's not a sum of best segments board. You'd obviously load it up with the hook unlocked.
