Hello. I was thinking about picking up this game myself. For now I will be using the 360 version.

I was just wondering are there any rules or glitches (if there are any) banned in this run? If so why? Any information would be helpful and appreciated.

the rules are on the page. Glitches are allowed but downloadable content outside of costumes are not allowed such as the item and power up DLC.

Ok cool. So is this run on Easy difficulty then for any% I assume?

Yes. More than likely I'll probably end up seperating the difficulties through filters or categories but play on any difficulty you like.

Ok, I was only curious because I talked to a runner from another Tales game about changing the difficulty to easy. His response was it was not allowed. Maybe he meant you were not allowed to change in during the game?

So if you do decide on separating the difficulties I guess you would make a rule to not allow changing it during a run? Or how would you go about that?

Yes. Changing it mid-run would make your run void.

Hello everyone. So I have plenty of Questions for speedrunning this game. I'm sure as I get into the run I will have a ton more. To start with how do you get the menu at the start and skip the open cut scene? I am planning on running this on Xbox360. Is this a platform issue? Also everyones timer seems to start on game load in. The page says the run starts after the menu. I'm not sure which is the correct way to time.

Just start your timer as soon as you hit the menu after your set-up.
