Welcome to the most scuffed guide ever. Now to start I recommend setting up live split with the auto splitter. Once that's set up you're ready for runs! (General tip on every level. Cut corners as much as possible)

Two important glitches are done in the run: Wind tunnel glitch and the end level animation skip

Wind tunnel glitch is used on Its World, Glamour city, and Sea Mama's harbor and is done slightly differently on each. It can be hard to get down at first on Glamour and Sea Mama's but with practice it's not too difficult. I'll go more into how to do each on the levels the glitch is relevant on.

End level animation skip is done on every level and is done relatively easily. Make sure you're positioned above the end level flag and before dropping onto it pause, exit level, pause again. IF YOU DON'T PAUSE AGAIN IT WILL NOT COUNT THE LEVEL. I recommend going into Sea Mama's to practice it seeing as it's the shortest level.

With that out of the way time to go level by level

Edge Runner now while this level can be done at any point in the run a lot of runners do it first to save a little of time in the menu. The only notable thing on this level is the relatively tight one cycle which can be seen here https://lowkey.gg/v/7520fadf-80a9-47c0-a79e-f53a5b0d8a44

Glamour city this level is a heavy reset point due to having the hardest wind tunnel glitch to execute quickly. The set up is to run off the platform and jump to get under the wind tunnel. You only need to charge for a few seconds but I recommend to charge a bit longer for safety if you're starting out https://lowkey.gg/v/a557a106-cd32-4083-8ce6-799de354f23b

Sea Mama's Harbor this level is the shortest in the game and only has one tricky wind tunnel glitch. My set up is usually to run into the fence and hope i'm at an angle that works and slightly readjust until I am. When you see Tasty in the animation for being in the air it's working (Also the video shows an example of the animation skip) https://lowkey.gg/v/d8b5a2bf-ff9d-4c7c-afc6-1c89185f79d3

Slidey Ice The only notable thing here would be the fact jumping on the downhills loses you no time (from my testing). Jumping on ice while holding forward makes you jump in the direction of your camera which can be helpful

Neo Osaka another level with nothing too notable. You can lose about three seconds getting to the ice truck because there's a cycle at 42 seconds. It's hard to explain but you can see in the video https://lowkey.gg/v/df32b699-2ecc-44f9-b62a-2b47a6cab22f

Starry Sky if you go a bit slow the cycles will be off and you'll have to improvise. Also on the waiting part if you run into where the platform will be you'll fall onto it. The rest essentially just follow along. Try to stay on boost pads as much as possible https://lowkey.gg/v/4308a0f8-77fe-4311-83ec-ce4f094af52c

Windy Ocean There's a few small skips that are all just relatively done with practice there aren't any tricks to them just keep at it and don't give up! https://lowkey.gg/v/e9bb2d38-12cf-4e88-a296-56c1d1df6953

Hungry Mountain Peak The opening can be done a bit slow because you have to wait for the cycle at the start. At the end slope make sure to stay at the far edge of the slope so you don't get hit by the snowballs https://lowkey.gg/v/086fe467-f469-40f0-82ff-bd14803d171d

Its World welcome to the final level! And also the easiest. After the first few platforms run in the wind tunnel and hold sprint and forward. Then turn around after building height and fall onto the end boost pads. Then run to the end and you've completed a run! https://lowkey.gg/v/e684c65c-187d-46f6-a4a9-e736383a3b6b

Well now you should be able to get a good time. A few solid things to look at would be the current wr and any ILs for the levels you're looking to practice. Good luck with your runs!
