You can unscrew the two screws at the same time on mobile, So it's allower ON MOBILE, but not on WEB with touchscreen

It kinda gives him an advantage tho, he can use touchscreen while his on PC playing the mobile version.You cant really tell If he is playing on the PC version or not.

PC version is WEB only and Mobile have Loading time so it's easy to recognize

If he is playing the mobile version on his PC with his touchscreen I don't mind

or, for web on pc, should there be a rule where you have to see the whole tab/window? to see that it's on pc

It's easy to recognize if someone use the touchcreen for the web cuz the cursor doesn't move so no need to see the whole tab.

Whole tab is only recommended for the glitch% since you use somewhat of an "OOB" .
