For the past few weeks, I've been seeing some password reset requests sent to my email that were not requested by me. I've also had a run of a game I haven't played recently submitted on my behalf: https://www.speedrun.com/rec_room/run/zqgxg49m
When I checked my profile, I also noticed some old Ocarina of Time run on my name: https://www.speedrun.com/oot/run/0y6pnp1m

I'm not sure what to do here, nor do I know how common this is; I just request that people be more careful in case if they've lost their username or they're trying to submit on behalf of another user!

Well first off, the password reset requests are explainable by someone with a similar email address typing in the wrong one. If you didn't request the resets, they can be safely ignored. The rec room run is a coop run, it could be that the person who submitted it played with another user who goes by the name Ace. The Ocarina of Time run is a little bizarre because it doesn't show who submitted it, I'd recommend speaking with the game moderators and asking them about it.

I took a look at the Ocarina of Time run, and it turns out that it was automatically moved from the ZeldaSpeedruns board and belongs to a user called ChaoticAce (that went by 'Ace' on the ZSR boards). The run has been edited:)
