@Mario_GamerMario_Gamer you can do your run regardless, submit your run and add in the additional info that you've ran the game on your Switch. Till then, you can give the moderators some time to respond to your messages.

Edit: They have responded to me, and they've added the Switch platform.

@Gyrule_Gyrule_ Done!

I was made a mod for Warsong. Can we please add Warsong to the Langrisser Series? It is the NTSC version of Langrisser 1. I am reposting the supporting link to save you having to scroll to my initial request. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Langrisser

@RaeanusRaeanus seems fine, added!

Hello! I'd like to request that the Valve Index be added as a platform. It's a new VR HMD that released a few days ago.

Can someone add the mobile game type to Jet Car Stunts? https://www.speedrun.com/jetcs Thanks!

@tendogtendog Done.

Could https://www.speedrun.com/skylinememorial/full_game and https://www.speedrun.com/overdrivingtr/full_game be tagged as Based on "The Need for Speed"? ( They are localized ports with completely different vehicles so we decided to treat them as separate games.

This leaderboard: https://www.speedrun.com/multiarkham needs the "Multi-game" game type and should be part of the DC Comics series: https://www.speedrun.com/dc

@LonneLonne I could, but it might cause issues. I'm not sure what exactly they'd fall under for that, either. Do you have an idea of what exactly you want set for this beyond simply listing it as "Based on NFS"?

Any update on adding the Valve Index as a platform?

Hello, I moderate the pages for Job Simulator and Vacation Simulator and I'm Wondering if you guys could add the Valve Index to the list of platforms so people who are running the games can use the correct platform for submitting runs.

@KeaganExtremeGamingKeaganExtremeGaming We'll probably wait and this and discuss it amongst ourselves for the time being.

VR Hardware is still something that is fairly new, and it stands this hardware is gonna be reiterated and improved constantly. To the point we're gonna have a ton of VR-based hardware on the site. Most of the current ones from Occulus were already just branded simply into being 'Occulus VR', as an example.

We'll try look for an alternative in the meantime.

@LivLiv The index controllers allow unique input (finger tracking), and at the moment boards cannot differentiate between these inputs and those of a traditional vr controller.

This is my main reason for wanting the index to be added as a separate platform.

@bigfoottbigfoott For the time being things such as variables (if the filter is wanting to be used) and/or the run description being utilized (requiring people to label what specific controller they're using in run descriptions) could help in this regard. Until a reasonable alternative has been worked out by us.

Requesting Picross DS to be part of the Picross Series.

(Also, if applicable, as I haven't heard back from my inquiry on the discord:)

-Requesting My Nintendo Picross The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess to be part of the Zelda Series
-Requesting Pokemon Picross to be part of the Pokemon Series
-Requesting Sanrio Characters Picross to be part of the Hello Kitty Series (Sanrio is the overarching name/company for Hello Kitty & Friends)

@HowDenKingHowDenKing Why are you asking us to add these games to a series when you don't moderate any of them? You do realize a lot of mods get real annoyed with us when we start adding games within a series that they may very well not want in there. Have you at least attempted to contact any of them about getting these games within these series at all? Pokemon is a series I at least am aware of that they don't want strange games tossed in there. All of these games seemed to fit within the realm of Picross....regardless, if the moderators of these games want to post here, please feel free to direct them here.

Edit: I wasn't aware that half of this information wasn't known aside of a post I made in the old thread, I've gone ahead and amended the first post about this process. A long while back, we had problems with moderators of games and series complaining to us about us adding games to a series for a variety of reasons and thus we agreed to restrict the process of how we add games to a series. I apologize if I come off a bit rough but I wanted to make sure that others also knew/understood why we simply do it this way, making it entirely up to the game moderators and/or series moderators to have said game added.

Hi, I'm a mod of all these games.

For me it would be OK to add these games to these series too. But I can understand when the mods of these series also have to agree to that theirself.

So for my side it would be OK.

@GalacticoGalactico All these games seem to already be part of your series. You do not get to make the call about these games being onto other series, the only one added to Picross series out of the list has been Picross DS. So, HowDen will need to contact the respected series moderators for Zelda, Hello Kitty and Pokemon to seek approval of these games being added onto their other series as well.
