As noted in the category rules, the submitted time was converted from PAL to NTSC for purposes of the leaderboard.

I took an additional step to the formula however. The game loads levels at the same real speed in both NTSC and PAL, so just converting the time directly would make the PAL versions faster than it actually is; the time difference for each screen transition is approximately 0.21 seconds, give or take a little. With the 83 screen transitions in the game, this comes down to 17 seconds which the PAL version would "gain" by doing the simpler conversion. I added those 17 second back in for the final submitted time.
