Retiming Rules for untimed Cutscene Abuse
Update: The Properties Update has patched this abuse.
Due to untimed control of the penguin during beginning cutscenes, retiming rules are being applied for some runs. If cutscenes are "abused" (see abuse rules), retiming will add real-time to the run's original official time on the leaderboard
