Thats exactly what Runs% is.

Not really, run% is more like "get a victory as fast as you can, start of with maximum amount of bots!" Tbh it's vague but the point is you can beat this in Like 9 seconds without rules . Victory percent is just run% but get a Victory All means necessary

so its run% but no rules.

also with the current patch you cant get a victory without owning 99% of the map
