You’re on the TL:DR guide of the no-seed 1p Moon Lord Speedrun
In this guide there are only the main points you have to go for. No advices for gear, weapons, potions, craft, houses, accessories, exploration for heart as well as tons of grammar error and mispels… I also imply you have a crafting table, an anvil and a furnace near you at any point during the game except for the orichalcum/mythril anvil. You will also need some iron bars (18 is mandatory for the run) And finally this guide was written for poeple who already played the game casually and know like 70% of the contents (weapon, npcs, blocks, enemies, bosses) of the game.
If you have any question, read the whole speedrun.com guide. This guide gives only a quick look over the whole run. I’m gonna write the complete guide soon, but It may takes some time to explain every single details of the run

I explain the slime saddle glitch at the end of this guide. Make sure to read it whole before starting your run.
In Order :

Make enough houses for the nurse, the merchant and the arms dealer to move in. (Note that you should find at least ONE gun in the whole run for the arms dealer to spawn - shotgun or musket/undertaker). 6 houses should be more than enough

Stuff yourself enough to kill the wall of flesh

Get some 30 bombs before going in the underworld.

Gather 20 obsidian with your bombs while you’re going down there

Kill the wall of flesh.

Before going back at the surface, mine the hellstone with bombs (you need 60, yes the hellstone is breakable with bombs AFTER you kill the WOF) and take 1 hellforge back with you.

Craft a molten pickaxe
8*) Before or after you killed the WOF you need to gather 3 lenses, 6 rotten chunk/vertebrae, 30 bones (Yes you need to kill skeletron during the night to enter the dungeon and gather the bones. And yes the lenses are droppable only during the night)

Break some demon altar with the pwnhammer.

Go mine your t1 hardmode ore (Cobalt or Palladium) to get a pickaxe/drill. Caution : The amount of ore needed to craft a pickaxe varies between the 2 minerals. + you might want to craft some armor or weapon.

Mine your t2 hardmode ore (Mythril or Orichalcum) to get an anvil. Caution : The amount of ore needed to craft the anvil varies between the 2 minerals

When mining all that you have to find the underground hallowed biome + underground corrupted biome to farm both of the souls needed for the mechanicals : 9 Souls of light and 9 souls of night

Craft the 3 mech boss items (mechanical Eye/Skull/Worm)

Kill the 3 mechs in one single night if possible.

craft a “Drax” or a “Pickaxe axe” with the hallowed bars.

Take your hellforge and anvil with you and go in the jungle to find chlorophyte and plantera.

It is highly recommended to farm for unicorns and their horns (at least 8 ) before going looking for plantera. You can make holy arrows which are definitely overpowered

Mine for chlorophyte to make a chlorophyte shotbow (and some more armor if you need). Keep at least 10+ bars to make chlorophyte bullets latter on.

Kill it with all your might

Go in the temple to kill the golem.

Kill the cultist (Caution : The cultist might not appear if you rush instantly the dungeon. If you reach the dungeon and no one has spawned yet, just mirror back to your spawn and rush it again. The cultist should spawn) Dont forget to pick up the Ancient Manipulator drop from the cultist.

Destroy the pillars. You should destroy the Stardust OR Vortex pillar first to craft the Stardust Dragon OR the Vortex Beater. You need both to kill the ML as fast as possible.

Craft chlorophyte Bullets and destroy the Sollar and Nebula pillars with the vortex beater and the dragon.

Kill the Moon Lord while spamming nurse healing. Be careful to leave the dialogue box otherwise she won’t heal herself and die to the ML. Congratz you finished the run :)
SLIME SADDLE GLITCH_____
The slime saddle glitch abuse an "invinciblity-frame glitch". When you jump on an enemy with the king slime saddle, you're invulnerable to most damage for a very short moment (1 or 2 frames). So the glitch requires you to craft 2 dummies and placing them under you while you use the slime saddle. You place some blocks over you and you infininetly jump on them and can't take any damage. But you can hardly move, otherwise you might take some damage. For the complete guide I'll be adding some pics and details about the mechs fights and the glitch.

Farming for it : The way I see it, you should always be looking around for some rubies + gold + kill all the slimes you meet to craft a maximum of Slime Crown. Since the king slime spawn a tons of weak enemies, you can use them to farm the souls of night and light if you're spawning the king slime underground, which I recommend.
