Sorry for the longer video, but Twitch Highlight limit hours has my hands tied.
The run starts about the 39:58 mark of the YouTube video. I'm not sure of the ms because I hit the live split too late (on blue screen fade instead of earlier) so the time is a bit of an estimate.
Had a real shot at it despite a couple of QB Eagles injuries, especially the last one in the NFC Championship was brutal.
