Instant Action Saga #1 Assault

Mos Eisley = Heroes vs Villans Friendly Fire = Off Both Teams AI are pretty good, I’ve heard that villains will win 2/3 matches if the player doesn’t spawn though so there’s that, but while playing it’s a pretty steady ride for either. This means that the hero/villain you chose will pretty much decide how good you go. The following list of heroes is completly my opinion, some may disagree.

  • Han Solo: uses a blaster which is completely useless against lightsabers, when they block you can’t hit them and most villains have high HP and take a few hits.
  • Chewbacca: hahaha don’t make me laugh
  • Obi-Wan: Good normal attacks, dash attack pushes him past the target and does minimal damage
  • Luke: Really quick, dash attack is more for speed than damage therefore you have to use it multiple times to get the same guy so its not very good
  • Yoda: Much the same as luke except smaller and attacks are pretty ehh
  • Mace Windu: Dash attack stops him in his tracks and does minimal damage. Jump attack is dodgy
  • Princess Leia: having a good chuckle here, pretty horrible weapon so nah, no way
  • Aayla Secura: Most viable choice, good dash attack which recharges stamina and hits target right on, jump attack does pretty decent damage.
  • Ki-Adi-Mundi: Dash attack is pretty good but still second to that of Aayla Secura, normal attacks are also pretty neat. ↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑

  • Boba Fett: great moveability but weapon is not so great
  • Darth Vader: Dash attack is pretty nice, stops him but does decent damage, not a 1 hit kill though
  • Jango Fett: Nice weapon, reloading isn’t fun and saber blocks are quite annoying but pretty good for a blaster villan.
  • Darth Maul: Dash is pretty ehh, double saber is good for normal attacks and multiple enemies
  • Grevious: great normal attakcs, dash is minimal damage unless controlled really well
  • Emperor: horrible full stop
  • Anikin: pretty much the same as obi-wan

TOP: AAyla Secura, General Grevious High: Maul, Vader, Obi/Ani Mid: Mundi, Luke Low: Windu, Dooku Off the scale: Yoda, Emperor

Strategy

  • Team = Heroes
  • Unit = Aayla Secura
  • (All spawns are same as command posts in conquest so that’s what im gonna be calling them)
  • Spawn at cp1 and rush cp2, when all enemies are dead run to 4 or 6 and check your map constantly looking for enemies. Good time is around 4:30 at 90/180 score, to be on pace for a 9:00 Finish.
  • I have noticed that the Ai seems to be less efficient after you reach about 100 score (unless that’s just me being slow lel)

Space Felucia Strategy

  • CIS
  • Pilot
  • Spawn on transport ship and proceed to dock on republic ship.
  • Try and destroy any enemy fighters on the way for some extra early score.
  • 2 time bombs for turrets, then 3 for engines and 3 for life support
  • Take an enemy bomber and destroy the frigate ships then attack enemy fighters for the remaining score (should be at like 160-170 by here)
  • With any luck you can catch enemy transport ship and get an easy load of score, if you find it easier go back and get your transport from enemy hanger and use it to get final kills Sub 4 min should be average for this strategy (I have got 3:07 before though so its definitely faster than republic for me but that was amazing AI so yeah)

Space Hoth Strategy

  • Empires
  • Pilot
  • Transport ship and dock in rebel hanger.
  • 2 time bombs for turrets, then 3 for engines and 3 for life support
  • Steal a rebel bomber and destroy frigate
  • Depending on frigate RNG you may be a bit low on score and if your not good with a bomber at destroying rebel fighters then respawn at rebel hanger and steal one of theirs
  • Destroy fighters for 180 Score
  • With good rng u can sub 4 easy

  • Pilot
  • Transport ship to the republic hanger
  • 2 time bombs for turrets, then 3 for engines and 3 for life support
  • Stay in hanger and kill all the units because rng spawns loads of republic in the hanger (allies should destroy the frigate pretty fast)

Space Mygeeto Strategy

  • CIS
  • Pilot
  • Transport ship to republic Hanger
  • 2 time bombs for turrets, then 3 for engines and 3 for life support
  • Steal a bomber and destroy the 3 frigate
  • Dock back in the hanger or respawn if its faster and kill units for remaining score, if the score is around 150 I would suggest stealing a fighter and getting score through fighter kills instead

  • Transport to Rebel hanger
  • 2 time bombs for turrets, then 3 for engines and 3 for life support
  • Steal bomber and destroy frigate
  • Destroy shields from outside and then the communications array and bridge
  • Shoot down fighters, dock back in the hanger and steal a fighter or respawn and steal a fighter then proceed to kill units/ships for remaining score

  • Transport to imperial hanger
  • 2 time bombs for turrets, then 3 for engines and 3 for life support
  • Spend about 2 mins killing units on the ship to get points fast, (the only fast’ish way of getting points on this map because doing shields and other stuff isn’t worth it)

If anyone has anything to add to this (new strats and stuff) let me know
