I am just curius why this game has more mods than runs?

I made an autosplitter for this game,but it is a little bit off since it cant stop at the exact right time. But i think the time of is consistent 280ms. Here is the video:

can somoene re-time it and confirm the off time?

What mode, difficulty etc.?

I dont run popular games, so none of them have any auto splitters. Thats why i wanted to make some for them, but i find it very hard to do since i didnt find a single tutorial going from nothing to a finished autosplitter, i think the part where i have the most problems is finding the pointer. Would be great if somoene could help me, then i could bring some autosplitters in the small communitys.

Sorry for asking yet another thing :( I often hear about it and i found settings for it, but i cant find a button where i can follow games or forums.

I yesterday submitted my first run, but today i already did a better time. is it ok to submit this run, or should i wait some days, so i dont "spam" the moderators?

I would really like to start running this game, but this would be my first game and the existing categorys take quite a long time, even more for a starter. Being able to run single levels would be really helpfull, maybe then more people start running this game.

I want to start speedrunning and i often hear that that or that person has a good time on a specific level. so i thought it would be good to start by just speedrunning a single level, can we see and submit single level times on this site?
