Is it possible to request the speedrun.com mods to make me a mod for that game?

I would like to request the mods to create a new no-reset category for PSP Any% (in fact preferably for all).

I request this not because I would probably be the only one attempting such a run (lol), but I believe the routing, strategies and planning for this would be considerably different than if resets are allowed.
