In ac, there is an option to make a town without saving it. When K.K.'s last box of dialogue closes, and the screen fades that is the same as making a town with pressing start. Is that okay, and stop the timer on the first frame the screen starts to close (or the frame before)?

I do not really feel like homebrewing my new 3ds, or spending 200$ to get a hole in it. Is phone video acceptable?

Now then, this completely relies on if you are allowed to TT in this category. While the badges for streetpass tags, visiting towns, play time, etc would be impossible, given the category's rules and that no one would do a 500 hour speedrun, but other badges would that be possible to form?
