Split: Any%/Campaign/IL splits and Autosplitter

Any% and Campaign normal splits are compatible with Subsplits component, Any% Only Chapter Splits, Campaign Only Chapter Splits (related option must be enabled for autosplitter) and IL splits are compatible with Splits component on LiveSplit. Also latest autosplitter version is included within the rar file.
Escalation Categories Added
With the servers being back up and campaign being fairly optimized, I've decided to add categories for the base-game escalation maps, Broken Hope and Remnant. Each map has three sub-categories for waves survived. I hope this helps to bring a little more life to this board.
