There is still time to save here. I decided to gamble on four factors outside of the player's control, and if three of them worked out I would take the run. The four things are 1) The bats in the second room can line up and let you run past. This did not work out. 2) The blue bowling ball strategy has a 1/3 chance of being impossible, otherwise it's a 1- or 2-frame window. 3) The spear trap in the spike chase room can hit you sometimes if you run straight through, and 4) The red bowling ball strategy, same as the blue one.
I also missed a lagless button trick and didn't pivot correctly on the steps in the fake floor room and lost a handful of frames there, and in the room with wooden stakes popping up late in the dungeon I paused thinking one would spawn in front of me. It did not, so I lost a bit of time there too.
I may have split a frame too early at the end. :S
