This level is pretty straightforward. Go to the barrels and push one into the water, perform updog, then back into the king rat area. Kill the king rat, be the king rat, and go to the exit.

Killing the king rat: When killing the king rat, stay outside of the pit by the entrance. Aim a little to the right of the king rat and shoot missiles. You will need to quick recharge twice , but there are ideal times to do the quick recharging. There are two rats behind the toilet to the left that your missiles will start to target after a small amount of time. When the first rat pops out and your missiles curve away from the king rat, do a quick recharge both to refill your energy and to de-aggro the rat. Start shooting the king rat again until the second rat pops out and your missiles curve away again, then do a quick recharge to de-aggro it and finish the king rat off.

Movement optimization: -Moving through the sewage river at normal speed is slow because the current pushes against you and because boosting while in the water doesn't do much. The fastest way through is to boost full speed into the river, then turn the camera to the left and spam missiles while holding down+boost at the right time to recoil yourself onto dry ground. A slower approach is to boost before the river so you are moving fast, but not too fast, when you hit the water. If you move too fast, you overshoot the barrel area and have to backtrack. -Hold Z and fire missiles while you back into the king rat's area. This causes the cutscene to start faster.

Techniques

Quick recharging: Jumping out of an animal to play as Evo and then jumping back into the animal lets recharges your energy faster than normal and lets you start attacking faster.

Updog: Float beside a barrel facing the direction you want to jump (toward the outlet thingy) with the barrel between you and the outlet thingy. When you reach the outlet thingy, boost towards it. The barrel will push you up and into the outlet. It works best when the barrel is at the bottom of its bobbing cycle.
