I figured I'd go ahead and update my submission to my current PB, since it's still in limbo. It's nearly two minutes faster than the first time I posted thanks to small optimizations and practice. A beefed Red Mikoto fight, an unfortunate encounter with a motorcycle guy on Odaiba, and a mediocre Akihabara are really the only things wrong with this run.
