Hello heisters!

The Payday 3 Leaderboard is currently planned to be locked until the 5th of October (2 weeks post-launch). This means you will not be able to submit any runs to the leaderboard until this grace period has ended.

The reasons for locking the leaderboard are rather simple:

1. Allows runners (and moderators) the chance to familiarise themselves with the game properly, and provide a stress free environment to enjoy the game for a short while post-release. 2. Allows the moderators to overcome some degree of teething pains that come with creating new categories and generalised rulesets, such as how runs should be timed.

We hope you understand, and greatly appreciate your patience!

i cant wait either. i have a solo normal run of rock the cradle at 1:27 and i have several messups in it. im gonna wait to start recording runs though cause I want to know what the rules are and how runs will be timed

I know Haracookie has a 1:15 Solo but a 1:04 God dam what strat did they use?

Edit: it looks like they are specfically talking about a group dirty ice run and not a solo rock the cradle. they state the same time in the dirty ice forum. so without video proof I dont really beleive them on the 1:04 solo rtc

Yeah i think its ment as a Dirty Ice we have done duo RTC and best time we got was 1:06 but that was DUO not Solo

ive goten my time down on solo rtc recorded as a 1:23. im still mastering the jump tech for both the vent and the jumpting onto the railing. one thing my route is doing better is procing rush more often. so If I get the tech down I think i can beat it

We should take into consideration when it comes to categories that heists have rotation which make runs longer/shorter. Maybe we can categorise each heist based on QR code locations? For example, Gold & Sharke, the QR code location in the underground garage room. (Example: QR code near computer (Rotation 1), on shelf (Rotation 2), etc) Just an idea.

i feel like that would create too many catagories for each heist. there are also other rng factors like keycard locations, room locations, lever locations, etc. to have 4 different qr code locations for gold n shark, over 10 locations for the keycards, and more than 4 different ways to have the panels in the vault just for gold n shark alone would be way too much.

Maskless Categories could be a fun idea for the ones that are possible that is, Only been able to do No rest for the wicked, Rock the Cradle, under the surphaze and gold & Sharke, Dont know if the others are possible, but it would be a fun idea I reckon

i did No rest for the wicked in 11;45 legit way. Anyone know the fastest to this?

I dont think anyone here is cheating so could u specify what u mean by a "legit run" XD

probably 'legit run' would be without knowing the vault code before hand

Thinking about it we could probably have a random seed catagory

I've been calling it a 'no pre-run' when you go in with no knowledge of the RNG

Very excited I have a solo Overkill Rock the Cradle to 01:40 currently I can definitely get into at least the 01:30s I have optimisation I can do. I’m worried on categories too being solo or team, map out or straight RNG, mask or no mask. As a rock the cradle no mask is a lot slower. Especially overkill.
