A lot of obvious time saves, so feel free to optimize. Silvio: could be a coincidence, but i was getting the lockdown every time i tranq'd 2nd guard after he noticed the first one. Otherwise Silvio stares at tranq'd bodies and ignores everything around him. You can safely jump down after the 1st tranq, there's nobody around. Franny was always found at 2:02 when killed at 0:57.
