Unbelievably lucky with RNG. I don't think it is possible to repeat this.
I tried to run again, I never get close even to 1-1,5 hours consistently using Divining rod.
Time of this run without all time looses is around 35mins.
Run is sub-optimal and I wasted time around very end, but I was scared to fail during assembly of the throne (because mobs will reset animation).
