Is downpatching allowed?
i heard u can downpatch for glitches but can i submit a run on another version of the game?
Don't know if you can get patch 1, but patch 2 and 3 are allowed correct me if I'm wrong though
You may on PC, since downpatching is readily available. Console runs require the latest patch, however.

Hey all!
There have been several recent changes to the rulesets. I encourage everyone to review the rules in full, but the main changes are listed below:
