Is a timer also required if i play on a PS5
Basically the title is the question. Just wanted to know because this is my first time speedruning a game.
In the Rules it says that PC runs have to be timed with lifesplit.
Please clarify if i missunderstood.

You can use Livesplit to time your run in RTA (Real Time Attack). PC uses loadless splits I believe, but on console you don't.
Your run must be timed RTA.
