You can run to the middle sentinel, then go towards the right door, attracting the 2nd sentinel, close the door on your way IN (from the inside) and run out from the other door (you can pass in the doors at the bottom). You'll probably save a lot of time this way instead, it can't really be faster. Lemme get a clip for you.
Not gonna lie, I didn't realize until you just showed this method that you could even run through those cell doors...
