Which categories do you want to add? Are you running the game already? Tell us a bit more and maybe start posting a few times on the IL to show you know the rules.
Yes, either suggest those category's or run the game because we don't just give mod out to whoever asks for it. Anyway, please do some runs!

Firstly, 100% is very difficult to get, and simply "SuperTux Any% and SuperTux 2 Any%" would be unfair because the levels sometimes change.
You can just copy over the 0.4.0 levels to usr/share/games/supertux/levels/world1 or wherever.
I don’t get what you mean, I use the 0.4.0 version under GNU/Linux with no problem. Which distro are you using? I’m pretty sure you can install the 0.4.0 or at least make it run.
If you send me a link to a run of the 100% category I will add it but until then I’m not sure anyone want to run this.
