In 0.0 the WR isn't valid, he stopped the time before it ended, continued it, then stopped it again, and 2nd place is milliseconds behind. Should 1st place run be re-timed because if how close the two runs are?

Alright so the end time is wrong but not because of that, when you split on your final split and then undo that split the time is still kept from when that happens, unlike simply pausing the timer.
