That ultimately comes down to what you define as a "glitch" many people have different definitions for it
I would say no using anything that gets spyro into a place he normally can't get into at the time. Example being the Ripto Skip in Spyro 2.
If that's the case, probably none of the mainline cats like NBS and 120. Pretty much every cat has a major sequence break of some kind.
