~1200h of running and practising PAL 120% to achieve a sub 1:30. Could consider it about as optimised as a 1:22 on NTSC-U FDS, so i guess it could go lower but as of submission that would be top 5 so i'm quite happy having pushed PAL this far.

also lmao missing 2nd plane in loot in the worst way possible and losing half a minute to gold but tbf there were bigger timelosses or more like chokes in the second half of the game.
