Any% Mage Glitched Guide (In Progress)

The guide is still mostly under construction (mostly cleaning it up a few touches here and there), but the majority of the information is useful in both Glitched and Glitchless runs of Any% Mage.
The only things this guide does not touch on are inside the Inn of the Giggling Donkey, and Mr. Slave's Ass, as those are skipped in the Glitched run.
