PC Version Rules
Runs done using the PC version must be done on 60 FPS, and the framerate must be shown at all times via the Steam overlay. This setting can be found under Steam -> Settings -> In Game -> In-Game FPS Counter.
We may revisit this rule after extensive testing has been done.
