Music Question.
At some point I am deciding on speedrunning Sonic Mania, however I was wondering, am I allowed to mute the music on Sonic Mania (leaving sound effects) and play my own music (not a mod, just a seperate window), If not would playing the music at a quiet volume with my own music be allowed.
