This run requires you to collect ALL Red Rings, Beat EVERY Mission Twice with an S-Rank on the Second Try, Gather ALL Emeralds and defeat the Nega Mother Wisp from a fresh file.

For a Red Ring to count as collected, the entire stage where the Red Ring is located must be completed from start to finish.
To unlock the all events from the missions, they must each be completed twice with an S-Rank on the second try AND must be selected from the area itself, NOT from the Level Select Function.
On the stages stated below, they must be redone in order to acquire all Red Rings for the stage due to the required wisp needed being unavailable at that point of the game.
• (TR1) Tropical Resort Act 1: Red Ring 2 requires Red Burst – There is an entire upper route which is inaccessible otherwise.
• (TR2) Tropical Resort Act 2: Red Ring 2 requires Red Burst – There is an entire upper route which is inaccessible otherwise and the red ring above requires a Burst Jump to reach.
• (SC1) Starlight Carnival Act 1: Red Ring 4 requires Cyan Laser – This requires breaking a wall which you cannot do with Boost or Orange Rocket.
Note: In Sweet Mountain Act 2 (SM2), Red Ring 3 is normally inaccessible unless you use the Violet Void wisp which is unavailable at that point of the story but in my video run, there is about a 15 second detour which enables you to acquire a Red Burst wisp to retrieve it saving over 1 minute of real time. Start the timer once you click ‘Play Game’ after the Title Screen.
Tropical Resort (TR) • TR1 – Complete and get Red Ring 3 & Red Ring 4 (Allows you to take the higher route on the revisit) • Complete Special Stage 1 at any point on TR1 or TR2 • TR2 – Complete as normal • Boss – Complete as Normal
Go to Game Land as you cannot get all of the Red Rings on the Missions without the Red Burst Wisp
• Select Versus Mode • Complete any Stage with 50+ rings to Enter and Complete Special Stage 2
Sweet Mountain (SM) • SM1 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete Special Stage 3 at any point on SM1 or SM2 • SM2 – Complete and get All Red Rings (Or complete as normal and redo with Violet Void) • Complete all missions twice with an S-Rank on the Second Try, and gather all Red Rings • Boss – Complete as Normal
Revisit Tropical Resort, Beat All 3 Missions, Collect All Red Rings and Complete All Missions twice with an S-Rank on the Second Try
Starlight Carnival (SC) • SC1 – Complete as normal • Complete Special Stage 4 at any point in SC1 or SC2 • SC2 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete all missions twice with an S-Rank on the Second Try, and gather all Red Rings • Boss – Complete as Normal
Planet Wisp (PW) • PW1 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete Special Stage 5 at any point in PW1 or PW2 • PW2 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete all missions twice with an S-Rank on the Second Try, and gather all Red Rings • Boss – Complete as Normal
Aquarium Park (AP) • AP1 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete Special Stage 6 at any point in AP1 or AP2 • AP2 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete all missions twice with an S-Rank on the Second Try, and gather all Red Rings • Boss – Complete as Normal
[center]Interlude:[/center]You now have the required wisps to get the Red Rings in the previous stages ie. TR1, TR2, SC1 and All 3 Tropical Resort Missions. (If not all SM2 Red Rings are gathered as in the route shown in my video, ignore this section and do this after Asteroid Coaster where you will have the Violet Void wisp to redo the Stage as well as the Stages mentioned below:)
• Go to Level Select • TR1 – Complete and Collect All Red Rings • TR2 – Complete and Collect All Red Rings • SC1 – Complete and Collect All Red Rings
Asteroid Coaster (AC) • AC1 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete Special Stage 7 at any point in AC1 or AC2 • AC2 – Complete and get All Red Rings • Complete all missions twice with an S-Rank on the Second Try, and gather all Red Rings • Boss – Complete as Normal
Terminal Velocity (TV) • Complete Running Section • Defeat the Nega Wisp Armor
Credits
Select 'Play Game' after the Title Screen once the credits finish to activate the cutscenes for the Nega Mother Wisp Defeat The Nega Mother Wisp and end timer when the score screen completely disappears.
