I was thinking of running this game, is there any major differences between xbox 360 and PS3? are the load screens longer by a bit or a lot, or any glitches that dont work on PS3?

Yes and yes to both --

The reason why 360 has faster loads, is because you can install parts of the game onto the hard drive. This saves upwards of ten full minutes over PS3 loads, so PS3 is basically not viable whatsoever in terms of competitive 06 RTA speedrunning :(

Not only that but auto lock-on mechanics work different in PS3 than they do in 360 so tricks like the Wave Ocean skip and the dusty desert swag strat thing will not work.

That being said you can definitely still technically run on PS3 and try to see how good of a time you can get on it, its a completely viable option for IL speedrunning and there are even certain individual levels that are faster on PS3 due to the increased lag.

But yeah, loads are massively faster on 360 and certain important tricks only work on 360 ;-;

Sorry our broken game only has one viable console :(
