All 10 paintings. Not just the last. Sounds like a nice short postgame category, hyped to see some runs
Mushroom ==> Kingdom chosen at 2nd fork ==> Cascade ==> Bowser’s (warp if can’t do jump) ==> Kingdom not chosen at 2nd fork ==> Kingdom chosen at 1st fork ==> Sand ==> Metro (warp) ==> Kingdom not chosen at 1st fork ==> Luncheon (warp if can’t do jump or don’t have 1.0.0) ==> Mushroom.
The painting chain from Mushroom back to Mushroom is complete unless you do something stupid like using the Odyssey
Bowser's has no need for a warp, as the ogre island is right below the painting. Metro should certainly allow warping back to the Odyssey. In my opinion, Luncheon should allow a warp to the Odyssey, as that would be slower than if you did the jump.
For instance, warping from painting to Jaxi Ruins is not allowed, but warping from painting to the Salt-Pile Isle is allowed because there is no way to get there otherwise and it's the closest warp.
And not being able to do a jump is no excuse for doing things able to be done, just no glitches.

I don't think you should warp to Salt-Pile Isle in Luncheon. There should be a greater penalty for not doing the jump.
If warping was allowed then this run would be incredibly boring, you'd just warp to the locations of all the paintings and there's really no skill involved. I think you should have to make your way to all the paintings warp-less. Also, does timing start when you arrive in the mushroom kingdom or when you go through the painting there?
Go through the painting and I meant only warping to the closest warp point only if it's absolutely necessary. If there's a special jump, learn it.
