I’ve been thinking of a new run category that I think could work,
Jumpless
Beat the game as fast as possible while keeping Toadettes jump counter at zero, this is toadettes counter as what we consider a jump is not what Nintendo does
This has already been proven possible and I feel it could be turned into a speedrun.
I once thought of that, but it's not possible for 1p but is with 2p. So I think that they should be a 1p category which you would have to jump once at the end before putting the hat on bowser.
As always with new category ideas: do it yourself. Submit it. You don't need to make a forum post about it.
Jumpless was a category on the CE board until mid-2019, where it was removed. The mod team has discussed it recently and our stance hasn't changed. Unless more activity is shown for the category, it will stay off the boards.
