Honestly it might be easier to just keep running and fully record a faster time then trying to convince moderators with insufficient evidence. You're always capable of beating your PB.

We cannot accept a world record that is missing the majority of the video. If you want to submit a top time to any category on this leaderboard, you need a video of the entire run. You got yourself banned in the discord server by spamming, and continuing to spam when you were told to stop.
