You need a capture card, and the best one (elgato 60s I believe) costs about 150 US dollars. There isn't a screen recording app for the switch, probably because of the very limited storage space. Unless you can get a capture card you can't record. The setups for them is quite easy if you purchase one, and there are tutorials on YouTube if you can't do it with the instructions in the box.
I bought an Elgato HD60, which a can get the images on my computer and record the computer itself. I recommand you to buy the Elgato HD60 S to be able to play directly on your computer screen. With mine I need a second screen like a TV because there is a 2 seconds delay....
I've seen several runs where people just use a camera to record their computer screen, isn't this an alternative?
Phones or webcams are the cheapest method. GV-USB2 with an AV to HDMI converter, a Dazzle, and an Easycap are also relatively cheap options with better quality than a phone or camera. The best quality but more expensive comes from capture cards like the Elgato, Avermedia or Startech.
