Do my videos have to be from a capture card or can i use a camera facing the screen?

Gameplay recorded by camera is perfectly acceptable! Just make sure that it can be easily seen what you're doing; avoid blurry or otherwise difficult to see footage if possible. Just try to get it to be as clear as you can.
