I always forget the route, I feel like a spreadsheet would make sure I don't forget

I suggest you watch the video, and write down (by hand or by computer) the route. Then, for your first speedruns, have these notes beside you. Then as you do a few speedruns, you remember the route.

I believe Bayleef has a PowerPoint for it, however I might be getting confused between AUM and 100%.

Either way, ask him. Also, have you tried asking Timpani himself?
