So basically luigi% could be 2 different runs. 1. Beat the game and get the luigi costume as fast as possible. 2. Beat the game and get all 5 golden balloons in luigi's balloon world

For the first one it's just any% but you get the toad hint art in ruined and then buy the luigi outfit and for the second one it would be very rng based and there is a possibility that luigi's balloon world will shut down eventually. Also post CE ideas in the smo discord

yeah now that I think about it. Luigis balloon world isn't the best idea. doesn't it save your balloon world files to a new file?
