Are we aloud to skip cutscenes that are skippable? Also does fast traveling loading time count? Since people that have a ps4 pro would have a advantage.

im pretty sure you can skip cutscenes and Fast travelling loading time would probably count because its like Sonic adventure 2 speedruns on the Gamecube rather then the pc kinda thing

yes you can skip them, and this is a RTA run. loads count.

I tried to skip as many cutscenes as possible just don’t play on friendly neighborhood as it prevents u from skipping cutscenes that u would normally be able to and also the glitches shown in my speedrun were not intentional as many people would like to say on my Instagram

no the difficulty doesnt affect how many you can skip as far as we know. More unskippables were just added so thats maybe what youre seeing.
