This went a lot better than I was expecting, and actually ended up being surprisingly close to my Luigi PB (would be about a low 3:15 without the intro I'm pretty sure, with my current Luigi PB being a 3:11:56)... if only I didn't die 12 times in Bowser 3 and thus choke sub 3:20, but it is what it is, might go for improvement if I feel like it in the future :')
