Are you allowed to use Nintendo switch online to do co-op runs over the internet, since it acts like one console?

as far as i know, online is not allowed for co-op at the moment. perhaps mods can review this kind of co-op. i wanted to do something like this before, albeit on nestopia netplay. personally, i don't see any issues with it, except possibly lag and assurance that it's two different people doing the co-op. i believe the latter can be eliminated as long as both players show their streams and the proof that they are two separate people doing the co-op. just sharing my thoughts. it's still up to the mods to decide if it's going to be allowed
