At the end of Czikubi's 3:02.383, I heard him say, "There's like a framerule for like doing the wrong warp," so this brings me to this question

there isnt an essential framerule of only beating a level each x frames or something that much like in smb1
but for sure there is so framerule working in the game for something
a framerule basicaly is the game checking to take a certain action every x frames, and i wouldn't be suprised thats a thing
maybe for wrong warp there is some value depending of a framerule for it to work
