You can't post ROMs in this forum. Take it up with Pac if you disagree (who will probably tell you to take it up with Nintendo). But Romhack-IPS files for use with Lunar IPS are ok and can be found in the Resources page as KingOf_JonnyBoy said.

Aah, didn't know that - In that case you have to use Sockfolder's IPS file from the resources page to create your own rom file
